Our instructors are chosen from the top aviation schools in the country. We recruit CFIs on the basis of personality, experience, and professional demeanour, and we feel that we have a great selection of instructors who can train you to fly in the world's largest airspace system: the Los Angeles Terminal Area.
All of our Instructors have keys to the aircraft, office, and classroom, and can train at any time. Our training is done one-on-one, at your convenience, and according to your pace of learning.
CFI rates are $49 per hour

Matt C. is a seasoned CFI and Instrument instructor, who recently joined Fly Corona from the midwest, and has been a favorite ever since. Matt delights in arcane IFR and weather knowledge, can fly the LAX area like a champion, and is friendly, calm, and collected to boot -- just like us!
Matt is available 7 days/wk for your training needs!
CFI Nick -- our friendly face in the office has mastered the most gruesome of checkrides, the FAA Flight Instructor ride, and is now at your service both on the ground and in the air -- a laid-back fountain of knowledge and confidence, Nick has seen it all, and is ready to help you earn your wings! Nick is available every day except Tuesday!
Joining us from Long Beach, Will K is the cool, calm, collected instructor you need. Armed with exceptional SoCal knowledge, Will is your partner in training, who will ensure that you earn your wings with confidence! Will flies 7 days/week and is ready to grab some sky!
Joining us in November 2011, Asa is the cool, fun and exciting instructor you need. He will ensure that you master the aircraft with confidence, while making flight training enjoyable. You can often here him say "There is a Kangaroo on the runway!! What do you do?" He is available in the afternoons Monday to Friday and most weekends. Come and grab some sky with Asa!
